Alera Healthcare delivers mobile physiotherapy and exercise physiology for seniors across Sydney. We bring qualified clinicians into the calm of your home, aged care facility, or preferred location, so you do not need to travel to a clinic.

With more than 20 years of combined clinical experience, our team specialises in senior rehabilitation: fall prevention, post-surgery recovery, mobility and balance, chronic pain, and exercise programs for long-term conditions.

Continuity matters. Wherever possible, the same physio returns, knows your goals, and tracks your progress without you having to retell your story.

How we work with Support at Home

Alera Healthcare is an associated provider. We deliver physiotherapy and exercise physiology on behalf of registered Support at Home providers, who hold the participant's funding and care plan under the Aged Care Act 2024.

We coordinate directly with your registered provider so clinical care and paperwork stay clear and accurate.

We also work with DVA entitlements where eligible, and privately funded clients.
