Alera Healthcare provides mobile physiotherapy and exercise physiology for seniors across Sydney. Clinical services are delivered by appropriately qualified and registered practitioners. Website content is general information only and is not a substitute for individual clinical advice.

Associated provider status

Alera Healthcare operates as an associated provider delivering care on behalf of registered Support at Home providers. We are not a registered Support at Home provider ourselves. Funding arrangements and care-plan decisions remain with the registered provider and the participant.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking form does not create a treatment relationship until we confirm acceptance and an appointment is arranged. You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to misuse our forms (including automated or spam submissions).

Website use

• You may browse and share links to our public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or reverse-engineer our systems without permission.
• All branding, copy and media on this site remain our property or that of our licensors.
