  • Enquiry and booking information you submit via our forms
  • Health and funding details you choose to share so we can assess suitability for care (for example Support at Home, DVA or private funding context)
  • Technical data such as approximate location, device and browser type, and site usage analytics (for example Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations
  • To deliver clinical services and coordinate with your registered Support at Home provider or other authorised parties where you ask us to
  • To improve our website and communications
  • To meet legal, professional and insurance obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with your registered provider, referrers, or other parties you authorise; with service providers who help us operate our systems (under appropriate agreements); or where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Clinical records are retained for periods required by professional and legal standards, then securely destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@alerahealthcare.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
